My brightness is really dark

When i play l4d2 its very dark even though the setting on l4d2 and my monitor are at its brightess especially on l4d1 maps are so dark to where theyre unplayable please help me fix this. thanks

Try adjusting gamma not brightness. Also update your gpu drivers.

Gamma is what i ment to say its on 1.6

i play l4d2 at the first,its good..not dark at the first time..and now why so dark,im already setting my pc brightness and also the game setting already . but still very dark,cannot see everything
