What would be a fair price for the Early Access?
Just throw a number in your preferred currency... Thanks

I think $15-$20 USD is a good place to be. If it's a fun game, I believe that'd be fair.
I agree with kingbobcat.....$15 to $20

Thanks guys! I'm looking into that range

I'd have to say $15-20 as well watching from the gameplay, if the current mechanics in the game are solid (minimal bugs) in what is being brought to Alpha, go with the $20. I'd get Rock Paper Shotgun to run an article as well, I'm surprised the name of this game isn't buzzing through other forums yet since this is definitely a title (from appearance) that should be suggested with Banished, Rimworld, Stonehearth player bases.

I have done close to zero promotion. Only posted on Reddit, IndieDB, my web and here. Thanks for the nice comment and any help will be much appreciate it. Cheers :)

I think 20$ is too much.

Higher priced indigames are often rated bad because people think they get perfect finished games to play with even its marked as early access.

10$ for EA ,15$ for the finished product.

Its just that this financing while development does not work very well on steam.

The price for me would depend on how much you plan on supporting the game in the long run.

Do you have a roadmap?

Just ballparking it from what I've read and seen thus far I would easily pay $20 for it, but would possibly pay more if there is alot going in over time.

"Miminal bugs" in EA? I don't think you quite understand what EA was meant for if you expect minimal bugs in a Early Access game.

I would say closer to $10 - $15 for right now and maybe increase it a little after it leaves Early Access,

Thanks you all for your comments. The game has a long way to go still and I will create a Roadmap so everyone knows where the game is heading to.

I think that $20 is a fair price for a game like this. Anything higher wouldbe too much. The graphics are very polished and well done. The only thing that might drive people away is the pirates attacks.Ithink that having an option to disable pirate attacks might be something to think about adding since this is suppose to be a sandbox type game.

Without really knowing at this point how annoying the pirates might be, this sounds like a good option within the game. Gives the gamer the choice... Always a good move.... :summerufo:

True but for newbies It might be annoying for people who are learning how to play the game for the first time. I also think that $20 is a very fair price for an early access title.

From what I can discern of the game without actually trying it out, I'd say $15.00 for early access (I'm usually willing to give out $15 sight unseen and take a chance) possibly as much as $20 after seeing a roadmap to it's future as well as seeing how frequently updates come out and what they contain.

Thanks guys! Yea... It seems like is being asked already enough to make it an option. So in the first patch expect the Pirate Threat as an option. I expect to update the game every Friday. Cheers
