How can I make the window bigger or go fullscreen? I don't see any options in the game or the ini file.

Want to if this is a bug or I'm missing with something Currently in a scene between genji and tama in scene 8. And the game prompt to select a key phrase using Tama. But there's no key phrase left to be used in personal or witness options, so I kinda stuck now unable to continue. Does anyone have some problem here? Edit: the exact scene where I got stuck...
