4 urn achievement glitch?

I've found, walked over, and watched the wind blow the ashes from all 4 urns. As I recall, I had the director's commentary active when I found the 1st urn and I think there was the audio dialog playing. The urn did not register. Then next three did. Now, when I replay the game, I never get the 1st (or any of the others) to bump the count to 4.

Anyone know anything about this?

PS. I even turned off steam cloud, deleted the save and played thru again -- still only 3 of 4.

Same here, I can't get the third one to trigger, did it twice but nothing happrens....

There is a tool called "SAM" (Steam Achievement manager) you can trigger any achievements there... some people are using this tool to unlock broken achievements. And some players are just unlocking everything with it. You can choose any single achievement from every game. Does not even matter if you own that game. Maybe you want to use it. cheers.
