Hidden voice lines in the game (Seanchaidh achievement | SOLVED)

Hello guys,

i got the Landmark Edition of Dear Ester for free today and have to say, that the devs did a great job with this version. I played the original version that runs on the Source engine and now on the Unity engine, the game looks very nice and runs fine on the highest settings on my system.

But i have a problem with the Seanchaidh achievement. In my first playthough, i found only 33 of 34 voice over lines. I walked to almost every place in the chapters for the voice lines, but didn't find the last one.

Are there hidden places in the game, where the last voice line can be found?

I did get all voice lines in a single play-through on ps4, currently downloading the steam version, and giving it a try later to see if I can get all voice lines there too..

I got all of them on first playthrough last night. I have no idea which one you missed or where to find it. I have to go back and find the last urn i missed :/

Okay, found the last voice over. It was in the first chapter after the lighthouse on the beginning. When you follow the stairs on the right to the little cave.

I've never seen this place before in my playthrough. But im glad to get the 100% with this :)

This you can get in chapter 4 when you jump from the edge of the cliff on the beach and die.

After that you respawn and the achievement unlocks :)

What's a voice line? I thought I heard the wind talking to me at the end of the closed path next to the beach with the shipwreck. I know with the original version there were shadow people, but I didn't see them and heard a voice instead.

I already know what you mean by voice lines, but hearing a voice by the wind outside in an open area is spooky.

I have found, from looking at the video achievement guide (by rus) for this, in level 2 at least, sometimes voice lines dont play (bottom of the path down before the cave, near the urn, and just after the shipwreck before the caves) in one playthrough, so it does indeed look like sometimes the lines dont play, and you dont get a mark if it doesnt play.

Thanks heaps buddy.... that was the exact same one and only voice over I was missing too. never saw that cave in the first playthrough either

In my first playthrough, I unlocked 31/34. For the second playthrough, I followed a video guide and got 32/34. The difference being the cave near the beginning of Chapter 1.

I noticed two near the end of Chapter 2 didn't unlock in either of my first two plays, so I replayed that chapter and was able to unlock them. Before the final one I needed, it was either the one looking down the cliffside, or the next one where you reach the bottom.

Thank you for posting this! This was the one I was missing as well. Maybe the first guide I was using (before I switched to one specifically for Landmark Edition) was for the original version of the game and this voice over point wasn't in the original?

Thanks! That was the one I missed too. I didn't realise you can walk over that little corner of the track on the way to the hidden cave. :)
