How I can unlock Fashionista?

Hi.
You have to equip your slots with different items on each one. That counts for head, face, hands, boots and holster. Maybe for skins also, but i'm not sure about that one.

This achievement must be broken then.

It's not broken.

You have to equip all slots for head, face, hands, feet and a holster with an item. You are just allowed to use the item once and you are not allowed to use the default holster (od holster 1) and the default hands. after you equiped all 3 default charakter slots of each team you get the Fashionista achievement. I'm still not sure if you have to pick non-default charakter skins as well. I picked one skin for each slot not getting the achievement and then noticed i had the default holster equiped in one slot. After that was replaced with another one i got the achievement.
