Mercy disappeared before i even gave the heart to Samael.

I was fighting the sandworm and had no idea what was going on and i remembered that you had to shoot the glowing bulb in the worms mouth to get past this part, however i noticed that mercy was gone and so i can't continue. I even loaded a save from before i gave the heart to Samael and i don't even have Mercy here?? I don't have any other saves as i have 2 and save over the older one. Any way to fix this? I"m happy to download a mod or something but i quit this game 4 years ago because of a game breaking bug and now it looks like I'll have to play the entire story again up to were I'm at or just quit it again.

I'm playing on PC and i know how to access the gun. My problem is that the gun isn't even there. I press tab to open the select and the gun icon is gone and i cant switch to it.

Have you tried returning to the Maker you got it from? Just an idea. Never had issue with the gun before.

Same problem here! I already wrote to thq nordic. Hoping they fix this problem soon!
