Crash on fire mission

I've played this game for a while now and i really like it, BUT on the mission where your house gets torched and you escape. After killing everyone outside and going to joe when ringing the bell the 3rd time it crashes. Please help me, because i love this game but i can't kepp playing it. I have windows 7, 64bit.

And my game has never crashed before. It only happens in joe's apartment.

I cant leave Joes apartment to get revenge after. Joe says he will tell me the rest in the car and starts walking nonstop into his frontdoor that wont open.

I can't even enter his apartment bcuz the game crashes before he opens up..

Yeah I just revalidated and am reloading all of Chapter 11. Starting from Henrys arrival, hopefully this works.

It worked. Try re-validating then LOAD CHAPTER rather than resume. If you can get into the apartment DO NOT CHANGE YOUR CLOTHES until Joe has finished his phone call. Like maybe dont move at all to interact with the fridge or anything until joe is done on the phone. Joe will finish and then tell you he will tell you the rest in the car. He will then be ready to follow you rather than walk into the door aimelessly because you got ready ahead of time. Joe should wait for you to change before leaving now.

No problem man. Lets not get our hopes up yet though our problems seem to be a little different but the same part of the story. Hopefully this gets you in and out of Joe's Funhouse.

Aww dude. Still crashes on the 3rd ring. When Joe says "Hold your horses, i'mc oming i'm coming." Then my game freezes. Thanks for trying to help tho.
