PC or 360 version ?

Which version is better????

Both are pretty much the same initially, but then the PC version has tons of custom content. So I'd say PC version is better in terms of that.

I guess I should have mentioned that you have to pay for DLC and Xbox live to play online with the 360 version. But even then, without any mods or custom content both versios are practically identical. In a lot of the PC version's code, there are many references to the Xbox360 version. Unlike many PC to game console ports of many past games, L4D on the 360 is spot on for the most part since both versions werer developed at the same time..

the xbox has better graphics but pc lets u get mods etc. pc is the way to go

What? XBox runs on the "medium"-settings of the PC-Version. PC can get further than 360 can, graphics-wise.

That is not to mention everything else, the PC also got:
Free DLCs (360 only got one, Survival Pack, which is just making the game complete)
Custom campaigns
Support of custom sounds, skins, ect. (Tho everything but sounds requires some tinkering)

PC port is better the DLC is free and there's tons of user made mods including campaigns (unofficial of course) but still fun. I only got the Xbox version because my crappy PC can't handle and it's not even a year old. :c

There is no "PC Port" as L4D1 was originally a PC game that got ported to 360. Now, L4D2, THAT is a PC-Port (clearly developed for 360 first)

My PC is almost as crappy as a PC can get, and L4D runs smootly most of the time. In fact, most Valve games do.

The pc content is mostly crap, so the xbox is not worse, they are both the same in my opinion but on pc you have some junk

Well, except PC got better graphics, free DLC and the option to use custom content. Xbox? You got four campaigns and have to play on medium graphics settings. Whoop-di-doo...

Not to mention, playing online on PC is free, playing online on 360 requires you to have a Gold Member Subscription of Xbox Live.
