But there is a way to eradicate it once and for all. I've been searching google for a while and have found the solution. Although difficult, must be done step by step, checking each step, as the well-implemented method erased once and for all the ZEN.CFG of StreamCloud and folders Steam and Left4Dead.

That's the first thing my friends recommended me to do. And I did. But still the problem continued to appear and wondered why.
The point is that even disabling and deleting StreamCloud the CFG folder completely, to verify the integrity of the cache files, returns to the damn Zen.CFG file every time the game starts appearing.
This is because Steam has already loaded "default" that file. The Zen is very well designed to make your life miserable. Unless STEAMCLOUD fool to himself so that a synchronization conflict occurs and then download the basic game files.
Still, try the method is not bad. But I notice that the ZEN.CFG file is copied to multiple folders. That means the file is not only in Left4Dead / Left4Dead / CFG folder also found in other folders and hidden mode :(
Try with the Direct Link Instructions (step2step):

Thanks a lot, reporting hackers and add this server to BlackList
Nice copy pasta, ♥♥♥♥♥. If you're going to steal someone's fix (MY fix) then at least CREDIT me.
Note how the fix is typed with perfect grammar. Then note bk's later post how it is devoid of good grammar. I typed that, and he copy pasta'd it here forever ago. Plagiarism is most likely how you acquired that useless phD, no?
Also, everyone knows you're a DDoSing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, don't try to use my knowledge to make yourself seem more presentable.
Go ahead and lie to yourself. I remember telling you that fix, back before you decided to get hormonal and begin DDoSing me.
As for the IP, I have yours as well, and have a number of records of you attacking me personally, as well as my server, and even a NUMBER of other people's servers. Everyone knows you're a toxic pissboi.
My DDoS (SINGLE, as in ONE TIME) was merely in relation to your past track record as a raging DDoSing man-child, and you solidify your toxicity by posting an offer to such things on a public forum.
I could do the very same thing, but then I'd be stooping to your level of toxicity.
As for the salsa plugin, it is BUILT INTO zencfg, and its not an option, and can only be disabled with a command, not removed completely unless you decompile and recompile. This game is over 6 years old now, you think I'm about to go and write a form of rotoblin for 48 people to play on? LOL
I have the skills, but I also have more of a life than you do, bk.
You're a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiot if you think you're protected because of your VPN. 8)
I retaliate against DDoSers like you, and I have nothing to hide in doing so.
