Most of it is self explanitory, and some commands give you a tool tip when you type them in blank, furthermore, you can find the list on google pretty quickly.
It's called Developer Console for a reason But even then, if you just read the descriptions or even the name of the command, it's pretty obvius what they do. There are some that don't have a description though so I'll give you that.
I've made a client side admin menu that has many useful console commands (including some that many people aren't aware of). You just bind one key to it, press that key and it opens a menu in game where you can select a TON of stuff (no need to open the console at all). It's super easy to use and everything is labeled with a name that makes it very obvious as to what it is. It lets' you change many client settings very fast (such as the FOV you menttioned), and if you are a host of of a local server thought the steam lobby, it has many useful server commands and setings that you as a host can utilize, such as enabling/disabling, spawning of anything, kicking, respawning, charcater changing, bot controlling, music controlling, vocalizations and more. I haven't realsed it publcily, but if there is enough interest from people I'll release it.
