Low FPS
Ok, so, here's the deal. My game won't go higher than 49 fps or lower than 40. Doesn't matter if I have it on ultra or very low. The game just is stuck and won't go higher than 49. Is it capped or something?

Yes it is capped... But at 1,000fps.

- Have you turned Vsync off?
- What's your monitors refresh rate?
- Any software that might be limiting your framerate? (e.g. Riva Tuner from MSI Afterburner)
- Do you have this problem with other games?
