Controller support on Mac version
I've got my macbook running bl2 without a hitch. (less graphics of course, but a nonissue).

What I don't know how to get right is my controller to work. I usually use my 360 controller with the wireless adapter and good ol' tattiebogle's driver to make it work. But bl2 won't pick up the controller. Any thoughts?

You have to uninstall that driver because the support comes from the game. I used to have that problem, but after uninstalling the driver all works fine.

even with the wireless controller?

I'm having the same problem except with an xbox 360 wired controller. I've uninstalled the driver and tried reinstalling the game. it still doesn't recognize that my controller is plugged in.

well i don't even know how to go about uninstalling the driver >_>

To uninstall the driver you need to delete the following files:

Library->StartupItems->360ControlDaemon (delete the folder)

After that you have to reboot the system.
I don't know if it will work with a wireless controller, but it's worth the try.

I hope it helps.

hey i posted how to fix it. There are 2 Libraries on the mac. you have to delete both versions as he directed.
Shadow_Kami Nov 29, 2012 @ 2:05pm
One library that shows right away and the other on under system.

I hace contacted Aspyr about the wireless xbox 360 controller, they said that they are not going to support it.

Here is their response :

Unfortunately we have no plans on opting support for the wireless controller. If you are subscribed to our newsletter, you will be informed of when/if an update for wireless controllers will be made.

Aspyr Support

The wired one seems to work tough.
