Mechromancer worth it?

Watched her trailer and she looks like a blast, is she worth the £8?

YES, totally.. I played her quite some now.. It's really fun with her robot :)

Online is useful too.. When you have your robot summoned, n you're in your inventory for example.. n your teammate near you is in a battle, the robot will help out your teammate!

Great character, and buying it gives you access to all the benefits of the Premium Access club or something like that which gives every character you have or make a set of guns, relic for 5% rare loot chance, ect.

To each his own. I certainly can see why some dislike Krieg, what with his DLC costing the same as the Mecromancer's, especially considering the Psycho pack only gives you Krieg whereas the Mecromancer pack gives you Gaige, the Golden Gun Pack, the Vault Hunter's Relic, and a Golden Key. Besides that, Krieg can be rather difficult to use, especially with his Mania and Hellborn trees.
Back on topic, though: I honestly recommend getting the Mecromancer pack, as I found her very fun when I played her, especially when going Anarchy Gaige. Even if you don't want the character, the Golden Guns can be very convenient when starting another character ("What's that, Knuckle Dragger? You jumped on top of that Hyperion Drop Barge? Oh, no, that's OK. Also, do you want these sniper rifle bullets? Never mind, that was rhetorical. You can have them. Let me just give you them by putting them into your body with this Gearbox Callipeen/Chinook/Muckamuck/Diaub.").

She is easily worth millions of dollars. So yeah, that low price is a steal.

Get Krieg if you want massive amounts of damage and be able to turn into a Mutated Badass Pyscho. Krieg was worth the money.

Krieg is high risk high reward, after about level 30 it starts paying off. Gaige is more of an all around char and viable for any scenario (with a lot more room for error).

I definately enjoy Gaige. My Krieg is stuck at like lvl 10. Just not fitting my playstyle.

I will consider the purchase then, a while ago I'd have thought an £8 character DLC so soon after launch was a rip off.

But after hearing that the devs of Skullgirls, a 2D indie fighting game, needed 100,000 bucks to make ONE character... in a 2D fighting game... yeah, 8 quid seems very reasonable now.
