Should I still save all side missions in TVHM?

Hi there

I've been reading a lot since I finished the game on normal, and it seems like a lot of people recommend saving all the side missions until lvl 50 on TVHM, but does that still count now that there is a UVHM and a 61 level cap?
Is it good to gear up for UVHM through lvl 50 side missions or should I just do them along the way?
If I should wait, is there some of the side missions that disappear for good after beating the game story mode?

If you're playing solo, do them along the way to help you level. If playing co-op you can hold them off till later to get better gear from them which might help more starting out in UVHM. Doesn't really matter a great deal either way. Just personal preference.
