[bug] One reward from Poker Night 2 not showing up, others are

So I was playing Poker Night 2 and unlocked Brock's hair for the gunzerker and the Max Mask for the Mechromancer, but when I log in to Borderlands to play, only one of the unlocks is there. The other is no where to be seen. I've tried downloading it again from within Poker Night 2 but that doesn't fix it. Any ideas on how to get this working?

If you unlocked Poker Night 2 achievement (which the reward is tied to) while offline, you will not get the BL2 reward or TF2 reward. It is a valve anti-cheating thing, you must be online while earning those achievements.

*There is no fix for that either since you can't undo the achievement.

I unlocked Ash's Necronomicon cheevo online and the head for my commando still doesn't show up. I tried hitting the download button and going back to "Shift" to verify my gamertag but still no head. I feel a little screwed by the whole thing, clearly there is a problem as I see posts on this issue all the time.

try to download it 35 times before opening BL2. Than wait a sec in the menu and you will get a message that you have a new item. Don't ask me why 35 times. Some did it like (me included) and it worked

It doesn't work, I tried it forty times and no go. I just think the Shift sync rewards with Steam is broken. It kind of sucks since it was the only reason I bought the game.

I didn't have an issue, in fact, I never had to click the download button. I've gotten all of the Poker Night 2 rewards pop up in Shift. Every time I won the object (thus the achievement), I exit out of Poker Night 2 and launch BL2 and it was there.

There is a easy way to verify that you did in fact do the achievement while online. Download Team Fortress 2, and in your inventory should pop up all the TF2 items from Poker Night 2 that you should have gotten along with the BL2 item. If the TF2 item is not in your inventory, you were not online when you did that achievement.

Email gearbox about it and show proof you unlocked it. They will add it to your shift account.

That will not solve the problem. If you lost your profile (♥♥♥♥ happens), you will have to email gearbox everytime (if they bother to do it after the first time). Because the root problem still exist, he wasn't connected to steam when he completed the achievement. There is even a post in Poker Night 2 thread with a quote from Steam FAQ stating that you must be connected to steam in order to get achievement rewards.

But I was connected to steam when I got the achievement, and I've got the TF2 item from the very same achievement.

The same happened to me.
4 weeks playing this game like a ***** to get Zer0 skins just for nothing...
Meh.

Sent a mail to Gearbox, i hope they can fix it.
