Use low texture. Either that or upgrade your video card. It does not have enough video memory.

You could try to verify integrity of game cache in local files. There might be a corruption which allocates more memory that is needed, or isnt releasing stuff that needs binned. Maybe not, but its worth a try.

You're assuming that all 1G of your video memory are working. Memory chips can go bad and do.

This has happened to me also. took about 4 hours to happen. after that it happened after about an hour. but it is not consistent. i just figgured wiggy coding caused a memeory leak on some of the maps. I just close to desktop after a few mission were completed. just so i didn't loose anything. But has been quite awhile since it has happened.

Yes, you are. You're assuming that the other games are using your video card memory as harshly as BL2 does due to BL2's extreme use of PhysX. Out of video card memory is a error, that is reported from the video card driver to BL2 (or any other application) when it request to load a texture or execute a function.

P.S. It was really hard to resist not giving into my sarcastic side.

by all means,do that next time.anyway,i tried verifying the integrity of the game cache and since then i haven't had any problems.hopefully it stays that way
