Should i start another playthrough of UVHM?
I am not on UVHM atm, but will be soon, and when i start UVHM at level 50, are all the enemies always stay at level 50 even when i lvl up to 72? For example, right now im in TVHM, and started it at around lvl 35, when i did the mission with doc mercy, he was around lvl 37, now im lvl 44 but he is still lvl 37, so when he drops the infinity pistol, i imagine it will be lvl 37 not 44, so farming for it will be useless. Will the same thing be in UVHM? And if so, should i start a new playthrough of UVHM when i reach lvl 72 so that every enemy will be lvl 72 so i can always get the max lvl of loot possible?

I'm not too familiar with UVHM, having only a taste of it other day for the first time. I have heard, however, that you can restart it. I assume your character's level stays and the enemies will scale to your level.

The enemys in UVHM scale to the player with the highest lvl in the lobby. That means if you're 50 and someone joins with lvl 55 the enemys will be lvl 55. If you lvl up the enemys will lvl up too.

when you kill warrior at lvl50 in tvhm all enemies scale to lvl50 and you can farm them. doc mercy would drop lvl50 infinity for example (but its unlikely), but you will keep gaining xp and weapons stay at lvl50, so start uvhm as close to lvl50 as you can

No worries about levels in UVHM. If you're level 50 and kill Doc Mercy, he'll be level 50-52 and drop appropiate loot (48-53 or something like that). When you're level 55, you can go back and he'll be lvl 55-57. Go back at level 72, and he's level 72 also. Every time you level up, so do the enemies. This is why people who farm weapons prefer to do it in UVHM.
edit: like rresuggan says, if you want to farm for loot in TVHM, do it after killing the warrior and then get to UVHM before you level up anymore.

The only reason to restart UVHM is to reset missions. Enemies scale to the player level and can be a couple of levels higher. Having 5 lvl 60 Rabid Stalkers chasing your lvl 58 character is a real pain.

More of pain is to have lvl 54+ character with lvl 50 gear from TVHM at the start of UVHM. Without access to the Sanctuary golden chest you'll get stuck with underleveled weapons as UVHM Flynt is hard as hell even if you have decent up-to-your-level stuff.

As all the enemies level with the character I have return to the Preserve to murder midgets everycouple of levels I get as I do missions. Otherwise my legendaries become obsolete fast.
