Raid boss ideas?
2 raid bosses i want to see be added are a constructor and a giant goliath.

The goliath starts out at god-liath and levels up infinite times from there. At low level he drops less seraph crystals and at high levels he drops more crystals and has better chance of dropping legendaries.

The constructor spawns a bunch of ultimate badass EXP loaders and it also spues other crap at you in the bunch like surveyors and stuff.

What do you want added as a raid boss?

There seems to be a trend to the raid bosses in this game, they are all just fatasses that move slow and when you shoot them a million times they die. So why not change things up? There should be a raid boss that has much lower health compared to other raid bosses, but instead he teleports around and runs super fast, sort of like a ninja raid boss or something.

Heck yeah! I thought similarly for my raid boss idea. The whole battle is against a super crazy midget boss and his goons in an arena with various traps. The boss is fast and hard to hit (think of psycho twitch maneuvers after they're shot), but he has bigger head than the standard midget enemies. However, the focusing on his head isn't enough to beat him since he is very fast and hides under grates and such in the arena aside from his goons recklessly trying to kill you and anyone else with you. You have to use the traps in the arena to stop him briefly which would allow you to put a lot of hurt on him before he escapes the trap. The traps have a cooldown after each use, and in that cooldown time you it can also be trapped if you're not careful and his goons would beat you down if you are trapped. Singularity grenades, knockbacks, and such are slightly less effective as the boss has a reduced delay time after being stunned/dazed but they can work as well as baiting him into the traps if you timed those actions correctly. However, the boss does stop to taunt you and sometimes gets really enraged that you aren't dead yet and decides to charge at you; those actions leave him to get hit a lot or baited into a trap. Some of the traps in the arena are large enough to hold both you and the boss so you just wail on each other. Other traps leave the boss open for excellent shots at his head.

I know, but... having played BL1 and the Knoxx DLC, Crawmerax is basically the Reigning King of Badass we have in it, while Son of Crawmerax is the Prince of Badass trying to live up to his fathers name in BL2.

But just *who* did Craw inherit the throne of Raid Boss Badassery from? I kinda wanna say his father, his Old Man :P

The Invincible Old Man of Crawmerax The Invincible. "Came out of retirement *just* to beat you to a bloody pulp. And he will."

First type of boss you mentioned is close to Moxxi HH pack ( the newest one )'s last boss fight. You fight a couple of Goliath, starting out at normal but if you kill one, the other will rush to that death one and revive, thus level up both of them. After few failed attemps to elimite both at once, you'll have to fight 2 ultimate god-liath and dozens of minions at the same time including some ultimate badass ones. The couple also have a higher chance to drop their special skins if killed at higher level.

The constructor battle is similar to 010011110100110101000111010101110101010001001000 ( OMGWTH ) found in Digistruct Peak.
