I bought the GOTY edition but I don't have the class DLC?

I can't play the mechromancer or the psycho. Why? I bought the GOTY edition, and according to steam, they're both included.

Go to Steam -> Library -> Right click on Borderlands 2 -> Properties -> DLC
Make sure you do have the required DLC / GotY. If you do go in game and at the menu go to DLC and make sure you have it DLd.

I realize you're upset and I really do understand that, I really do. But the only thing left to do is just to move on and buy the dlc separately, or wait for a sale

Sorry, but that's not misleading at all. The title tells you exactly what you're getting. If it was Borderlands 2 GOTY it would have said that. Next time, take your time to read the descriptions.

Pretty clear to me that the Game of the Year for Borderlands 2 did not release almost two years before the base game, slow down, read carefully as if you rush and see what you wish to you get screwed.

If you got this package on Steam, contact support, it is not totally unheard of for them (when some one buys something they already have) to take pity and refund (likely to Steam Wallet) so you could get what you really wanted.

Well honestly I agree with everybody else. I had this game on xbox and loved it so i just got the goty edition on steam. I almost made the same mistake you did but I READ its name a second time and looked at the package details and saw that it was only vanilla Borderlands 2. So this was completely your fault for buying it way too quickly.
