everytime i try to install the game, a pop up will say,"the steam servers are too busy to handle your request for borderlands 2. error code 53." does anyone know what this is? ive tried going to steam support but they say that i do not have access to look at how to solve this issue.

Some where on this forum are post about that, I think in some cases at least it was the anti virus program blocking steam.

Try the above and perhaps go to steam's options and change your download location to something else.

could be antivirus, had a friend who had to disable his in order to connect.

Most players with the Error 53 have to disable their Anti Virus software to download and install.
