you mean Bewm / Boom in Southern Shelf ?
the only thing i think they drop is the Bonus Package grenade. which can be had as a world drop. the real question is, how badly do you want one ? yes, it is a great grenade. but be prepared for a long farm maybe.

The Bonus Package is fun as hell to watch in action but UVHM puts a lot more empahsis on positioning and slagging, and it doesn't help with either of those. It's a fun(ny) grenade mod and I like to keep one on hand but it won't do much to help you push the OP envelope. YMMV
