Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack - Not discounted?
Why the only DLC that wasn't discounted is the 'Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack'? Even the second one was... Bummer, I needed it.

Either deliberate or a Steam fart. Happens fairly often, you see some items not discounted even though they "should" be, sometimes you have -125% discounts that don't work, and so on.

Or, as I said, just deliberate for REASONS.

Yeah, the headhunter packs and cosmetic DLCs aren't discounted either. I have the rest, but had planned to buy those today.

The Headhunter packs are discounted now, too. Grabbed them. 67% is better than nothing.
