If the textures don't load up, maybe you should check your specs or update your drivers. That could fix the problem.
On the other hand, is it only the game or is YOUR vision blurry in real life? ;) Maybe take a break after a long match. The fancy graphics and high game speed sometimes make my eyes sour, too. :)

But you didn't answer my question or Jaqaril's. So that we know, what you define as "blurry".
But as far as I understand your description it is the problem, I already told you about in my first post. Not the one with the eye doctor, though. ;)
Basically that's what I presumed in my first post, yes. Just with other words. ;)
So you don't have to quit and rejoin. Just continue play as normal. Most of the time all textures should be loaded up in a few seconds. If not, give it some more time. Might be your computer is bit too slow.
Either that or go on an spend the money on your eye doctor, hoping this will fix your problem.
