All of my freinds that share the same ISP as me have reported terrible issues. Every server had 9999 ping, I want to know if they have addressed this issue. I know they sent in pleny of tickets and to my knowledge they never got a response back besides we are working on it. I want to buy this game but I need to see the patch note that says it fixes some internet issues.

Tickrate is 30 and it doesn't need to change. What does need to change however is the updaterate. I hate it at 20 Hz, it needs to get to 30 Hz.
