Game still has FPS issues end game on mid range machines even with low graphical settings.
And some of the servers for the US West region experience game crippling latency.
But compared to build 252, it's way better.
Their recommend specifications.
But they also increasingly broke game balance along with the performance patches. If you liked the game at around 248-249 or before, you're presumably in for an unpleasant surprise.
I built my i5 4670k, GTX 560 (from my old rig), 8 gigs DDR 1600 and a SSD and first time loading is under 30 seconds. Running at medium setting at a 1200x800 and getting over 120 FPS.
That is a monster change from my barely 35 FPS on a 2.98 Core 2 Dual, GTX 560 and 4 gigs of RAM on a 5800 rpm green drive running with every graphical setting off at at 1200x800.
