Serial blocked by publisher

Hi,
my game was removed from my steam list recently so i contacted the steam support team. They told me my serial was blocked by the publisher. Unknownworlds is the publisher of ns2 but i cant find a serious way to contact them. I tried facebook and the emailadresses they show on their webpage.

Any hint how i can manage to contact the responsible person to tell me why i was blocked? I cant claim my legal rights without the reason.

Nice way of being a jerk.

You can offer support by showing links and some quotes from a secure source. Just because somone skids over a question, does not mean you just dismiss them.

You most likely bought your game from a key reseller page. Take a look at this page: http://unknownworlds.com/blog/beware-shady-key-resellers-and-discount-steam-keys/

You have to contact the store you got your key from to get back your money.

Well I contacted the reseller but he does not accept the official statement because of the time between the statement and my report. I can somehow understand that. I could have been banned for any other reason... but nobody is willing to tell me why.

Any suggestions on how i can contact the unknownworldsteam for an official personal statement to why i was banned? I can not register in their forums because its impossible to accept their terms of agreement. The checkbox is unreachable.
