It's been an ongoing process for the past year. OGL and DX11 support were only recently added are pretty much still beta.

they keep improving they are a small team so give them time,
i play on a 80-100 fps at start and 60/80 at endgame thats alrdy better then a few months ago when i had about 40-60 fps at start and 30/40 at endgame so it alrdy increased alot,
my advice is just wait abit dev´s are awsome and always trying to make the game better just have pattience the game is worth the wait.

Win 7 Home Premium SP1 x86
Dual Core E5700 Pentium @ 3.00GHz
3 Gig DDR3 Ram
Onboard gfx card - Intel G41 Express chipset

No mods loaded and playing 'training' vs bots with only 7 bots on the server on Summit map

Getting a ping of between 111 and 180 (?) not sure why that would be...

I get a frame rate of around 6fps when com as aliens.

I have a bettter PC with better specs so will post the speeds of that once set up.

That system is well below the minimum system specs. If you have even a medium gaming-level PC from 4 years ago to now, you should be getting a playable framerate.

NS 2 Specs suggest that a recommended CPU is Core 2 Duo E7200 2.53GHz so mine as a dual core @ 3.00 GHz seems to be ok.....

They recommed 4 gig ram but minimum is 2 and I have 3...

The issue is the onboard gfx but I am not sure the PSU will handle a card being inserted :(
