Heavy Rubber-banding Issue

I'm experiencing heavy rubber-banding in all my games, despite playing on official servers, having high FPS, low ping (20-30) yet frequently my movement is heavily lagged whilst my shooting remains normal.
I have tried a great deal of fixes yet nothing seems to work.
Ive disabled my static Ip, Firewall, all anti-virus, updated gfx drivers, performed diagnostics, defragged, uninstalled the game and played around in graphics from low to high etc

I love this game but I'm very frustrated, has anyone else experienced these problems and solved them?

Official servers might not actually be the best choice currently. Try a good community server that's like 14/14 or 16/16 and see if it still happens.

its a known issue with most servers. might have been fixed recently tho i havent had any issues since build 262. hosting your own server is really easy and they fill fast. what i do when i play just turn it on and play 3 ping ftw !
