FPS dropped dramaticly today.

Had game on lowest possible settings at 1600x900 and was capable of running at 60+ fps. Today I seem to be getting 20+ fps instead. I didn't hear anything about an update and my computer doesn't seem to be crapping out. Did the devs dun goof or did I screw up?
