Dual screen mouselock problem

while playing on my left monitor if i turn to right my mouse will pop out to the right screen and if i use mousebutton it will tab out
so
cant really play

Are you playing fullscreen? I have 2 monitors and haven't had this issue.

Using programs like DisplayFusion allow you to "lock" the mouse cursor in only one screen of your choice. However, I'm not getting this issue while in dual screen. More precisely, not while playing with marine but if I open the menu, cursor appears and I'm able to click on the second screen, but that's all.

Playing in fullscreen borderless can help solve your issue. If you experience loss of framerate while in borderless, right-click on NS2.exe in its Steam directory, and disable the desktop composition.
