Give My Refund to Me
The game is not playable.It is stuck at the "Starting Local server" screen.I have not played a single game since I buy it.So give my money back.

Contact Steam Support if you bought it on Steam. Good luck. If you didn't, then contact support for wherever you bought it. Making a discussion is not going to get you anything but possibly trolls.

So, yeah, this game isn't supposed to be played on a local server ... did you even try to play online? (Server Browser)
