skulks dont feel good after update.
extremely slow and impossible on some maps to gain any speed by wall jumping, what gives? Marines are better at it now given they can STILL bunny hop the ♥♥♥♥ out of it, yet skulks get nerfed.. what the ♥♥♥♥.

Can you explain what you mean exactly? As far as I can see they didn't change anything regarding the movement of skulks. Is it because they've ruined your normal skulk jumping routes or do you simply have a bad day?
Or can anybody confirm this?

I dont know, they feel very sluggish and it seems on some surface wall jumps dont give speed boost anymore.

Hm, I'll focus a bit more on the skulk movement when I play my next few games, but earlier today I didn't notice anything. But I can't come up with any numbers, I can only say how I feel about it. We'll see how this turns out. ^^

just had a game and someone claimed the same. personally i feel no difference and i actually did better that round. the only noticable difference for me is that the wall jumping swooshing sound is louder so maybe i'll be careful not to wall jump too much when im doing a stealthy ambush.

Yep, they mentioned that in the update video. And to be honest, I always wondered if the marines were deaf when I was charging at them from behind...seems like it was just the game :D

haha indeed. as a marine i usually dash-jump-jerkback whenever i hear movements behind me but sometimes annoying commander/teamates is shouting in the voice chat so when i got ganked, there's a reason.
as for the slow movement issue i can only assume its the air friction that makes u slow down if u try to change ur moving direction angle too much.

My mouse sensitivty was at 10 before this patch. i even set it to 20 and the game still feesl very sluggish and unresponsive.

Also my FPS is capped at 60 even though vsync is off both in nvidia control panel and in teh game. What gives?

I found movement was really slow as skulk too.

But in contrast, Celerity felt amazingly faster.
Maybe that's just because of the fact W/O Celerity is slow now.

The Jump sound is also obnoxiously loud now.
They said they enhanced/ polished it or whatever but all they did was turn the sound up a lot.

Which I don't get because they were already super-easy to hear when jumping.

I have played extensively for one day, i noticed that some surfaces no longer give speed boost whenbeing wall jumped on.

To be honest, I didn't notice anything different. Maybe loving the gorge so much has dulled my senses. xD

What surfaces?
