Been broken for months plz help

Every time I start natural selecton 2 up its just a black screen, then I press cntrl alt del to bring up task manager and theres a debug report there. I have tried sending it and it just shuts down, and when I get rid of it the game shuts down too

try run NS2 as Admin and/or re-validate your NS2 data via steam... and/or if u ve Adobe Creative Cloud installed, disable it.

I followed the steps to delete the files and then validate the game but it still happens except my screen is larger and everythings bigger when i go back to desktop like it usually does just when i start up a game then goes back to normal when i shut it down
