I will dissect this slowly, and hopefully the fact you are showing all the signs of someone who is trying to "troll" is just a coincidence.

"ive been playing fps since i was 7 but here for every 88 kils i die 225 times"

Well for one, is your Framerate high enough?
Typically if your FPS is about 20 and under it's really hard to play.
25-35 is OK, you still have stutters, making aiming hard.
Anything 40+ is smooth enough and at that point it's your aiming skills that are lacking (no offense intended).
Or if you are an Alien, you have to kind of twitch around to make shooting you harder.
Jump on walls, ceiling.
Just avoid ground Skulking unless they are jumping around, reloading, or both.
And the K/D/R doesn't mean ♥♥♥♥ in this game.
As long as your score is high (i'll tell you how to get score without killing later down the post) then you are good. People usually Gorge as Alien and die all the time and barely get kills. But their score is high, and that's what matters.

"people cheat like theres no tomorow"

While people do cheat, it's actually not as often as you think.
Maybe like one person in every 3 matches.
A lot of the people you play with have probably been here way longer than you and their skills are pretty good. I played in a match with the #2 NS2 player in North America and he wiped the floor with me and my Alien team. He died a total of 4 times with about 40 kills and took like 3 of us to kill him. Aiming in this game is hard, but if you have 60+ FPS, it's the easiest thing ever. Something i've never experienced in this game as I have 30-40 fps.

"teams always stack and just ♥♥♥♥ the other team"

It's a common issue and plagues the game.
Really it's a matter of "Hey this team won, so i'm going to go to this one now".
A way to counter it is to press Escape, go to Vote, and click Randomize ready room.
If the server has shuffle enable, then hold M and click shuffle to vote for random teams.
Though the only thing you can do is go to the opposite team and hope al lthe terrible people were the ones stacking. Which usually is the case.

"get kicked for not being so good on ROOKIE "FRIENDLY" SERVERS cuz i dont sit in front of my computer the whole day like some of those people do,wtf"

I feel like this isn't the whole story, there has to be more to it.
What were you doing when they kicked you?
Were you attempting to Command?
Were you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around in base?
Were you asking really ocmmon sense questions?

I've been playing for quite awhile and none of the Rookie servers have kicked new players for "no reason".

Extra:
To actually be good at the game you do have to invest some time and effort into the game.
I know that sounds foreign to you, probably because (no offense) you play FPS games that Spoon-feed you stuff.
You need to actually try, by yourself.
If you have questions people will answer you, but a Skulk isn't going to jump in your line of site just because you want it to.

This game is teamwork based, and also depends on you trying to help.
You can be terrible at aiming, but even people who are bad at aiming can help the game.
Marine Commanders usually need builders/ welders to help through a majority of the game.
This will help the team a lot and also get you some good score in the mean time.

Alien Comm's have Gorge's, the Medic of the game.
Gorge's aren't at all meant for combat, yet you can do anything with it.
You can help build hives/ RT's, you can heal Skulks/ Aliens and help kill with your spit.
They can build Gorge Tunnels too.

You just have to find what fits for you.

For Alien I suggest Gorge until you have enough Res for high life forms.
For Marine I suggest you stick in groups and try to help make bases/ push until you get enough res for jetpacks and Flamethrower/ grenade launcher. Even then, always stick in a pack, solo marine will always get you killed.

Aside from one specific player I know is wallhacking, I haven't seen a cheater in months.

The only time I've seen someone kicked on a server by players is because of AFK or being a troll commander. Really bad players do not get kicked for being bad. Good players do get kicked off of rookie only servers though.

Part of why your KD is bad is probably due to how you play. Ground skulking, not checking your rear, rushing skulks with a rifle, bad frame rates, being stupid...etc.

And KD is not all of the game. I once joined an Alien team on docking who was on the cusp of defeat. Got a gorge tunnel down to Landing pad and we did a bile lerk rush and got everything they had in (terminal) except for a single chair without an IP in cafeteria. It was a leisurely stroll to finish and win the game. I got a measly 1 kill that game, but the gorge tunnel was the decisive factor. If you're bad shooter/biter, play Gorge.

So for a whole three years now?

That's not likely "signs of troll". For curent NS2 state its Normal(!) reaction for new player. Specially if he wasn't looking for cyber sport to put life in and just took this game cause it seemed awesome.

Main advises here are patience, jumping in random directions and little "cheer up" about hackers that are really rare here. Yep - sh--y streaks (up to 5 days of unbareble matchups) are common here, but it'll be beter in time.

Look at it like this Atleast you don't have bugs everywhere.

Yeah if you can't maintain 40+ fps in a fight against a skulk you're gonna have a bad time.
  • Always pick a spot in a room that will be as far away as possible from where the alien will come through you'll have plenty of time to shoot him while he gets to you.
  • Also check your map.
  • Keep your distance from teammates so you don't block eachothers shots and you can kill skulks that are too close/fast for them.
  • Remember to check your map.
  • If you have a GL you can spam nades at your friends feet before they get attacked and always stay far away from teammates with it.
  • If you can learn to pick your GL shots you can be the guy to do enough damage to a lerk or fade if you get a body shot with it then someone else can finish it off.
  • Press "C" to check your map.
  • If you have a map you should have checked it by now.
  • Did you check your map yet?
  • Your rifle is your highest DPS weapon and is the best weapon against an onos.
  • Welders can and do kill skulks so if you emptied both weapons and he's not dead yet go for the welder!
  • Your pistol is not just a backup weapon and check your map.

As for aliens uhhhhh... if they don't have armor 1 yet you can use parasite and 2 bites to kill a marine instead of 3 bites.

DevosCora, don't act like an idiot.

First, you can't judge if someone is hacking or no with only 55 hours time game. Moreover, I've barely seen cheaters in public games with at least 300+ hours already (rest of the time, i do matches).

Second, this game is really hard to understand : positioning and aiming are really hard to get. You can't play properly and carry your whole team before playing at least 400 hours on this game.

Third, if you like FPS games so much, you should enjoy it. Either you are used to no challenging games like COD, CS, DOD or i dunno. But really, if you re a FPS veteran, you can't say one of the retarded sentences you've wrote.

Fight for the team and you are doing it right. Fight for yourself and you are doing it wrong. Simple as that.

On starter level victorious team isn't one that "plays for team" but one that can hold the ground. If you don't play gorge (gorge beter be listening to commanders requests to be of any use), stick to some teammates (being alone s---s allmost in any case) and go pushing. Team that pushes best without overcommiting controlls resourses -> wins. There's close to no special tactics on green servers anyway (when there is it's usually onesided stomp of other team by "bossy" com'n'friends.
