Can't open GAME

When I press "Play" It shows Game Icon on bottom than Screen flashes non-stop till I close it... This happening to anyone elss? .-.

try run NS2 as Admin and/or re-validate your NS2 data via steam... and/or if u ve Adobe Creative Cloud installed, disable it.
