My SSD loads from starting the game to getting into a server in under a minute.

I have a basical hard-drive, no SSD there.

On top of that, I don't have any firewall installed on my system except the Windows one + Windows defender, I can't and I don't want to uninstall it...

I have a 7200RPM basic hard drive too but my load times are very quick, what's your CPU?

I3 3120M 2.5GHz. Not a huge CPU I agree, but even Watch Dogs loads way faster than NS2. ):

You definitely definitely do not need an SSD to load fast.
