60 fps limit?

So i got a new computer and i wanted to try this game again. It runs pretty well but i cant get past 60 fps? Is it locked? Vsync is off.

Join a server and the 60 FPS Limit will be lifted. It just did for me.

Game is locked to 60 in the main menu. Ingame, it's uncapped.

yep its capped i nthe main menu also check your drivers vsync
