Can you re-read a book if you buy it again?
I finished reading for example “essays of logic” my intelligence go up by 1.

When I see the book merchant I see that book costs the same, so if I buy it and read it again I will obtain again the benefit?

I don’t want to do the experiment by myself, books are expensive and takes ages to read.

No, I don't think you can.

Once you read the book you get the point permanently added to your character.

If you sell the book back to the book merchant, it will show in his inventory reading progress 100%.

But, if this other book you speak of, is at 0% read progress, then it may work. It's only 5 grand anyway.

Yes I just saw that the “new” book on the merchant inventory is labelled as 100% read.
Thank you for the rely anyway :P

Apparently it is exploitable if you use the export and import character feature if you are into cheating. I haven't tried it because cheats do not interest me but you can try it if you like.

If you had actually read "Essays in Logic" you would know that reading a book a second time would not increase your knowledge of the subject exponentially...just like in real life. :)
