I cant seem to get more than 40-50 men on the field and I have 80 atm.. I have the battle # upto 150 and with the vanilla version of Warband I feel like I can get more troops on the field than what I do in the GoTCoK mod (no ♥♥♥♥) lmao..

Some games will limit the number of men on field based on detected hardware and apply this to some preferences file which can reduce the max number of men more than in game settings. It can also lead to some strange behavior. Some Total War games are like this. I do not know if Mount&Blade works in a similar way or not. The mod appears to be more demanding on hardware than the vanilla game though so it might explain the lower than expected men limits. Just a guess. There may be a way to override this behavior by modifying a file if this is the case.

Go into your documents file and there is a notepad and look for a notepad file (can't renember what it is called and set the battle size up to 6.000 this will let you have 600-900 men on the feild at once.

I would agree.. but the enemy always seems to have like 100+ men and compaired to the 40 I get its just really difficult to fight big battles..

if you're badly outnumbered to begin with, it will always scale the numbers for both sides so that the ratio is still roughly the same.

It depends if your tactics are low. I know it is stupid but that is how it is.
