Linux Dedicated Server Setup - Start to Finish.
If anyone is interested in hosting their own Linux dedicated server, I have created a how-to on the process. The instructions are written for CentOS 6.x (x64) but will work fine with Fedora (which I prefer and currently host on). Commands for other Linux variants such as Ubuntu will vary slightly.

I have been running my server for the last 3 months and it has been rock solid.
