Mount and blade warband clan

I am seeking for a group or clan whom work together as a team. Following orders and such. Used to be in a clan in the Napoleon dlc, thought it was pretty awesome, but I want more of bows, swords, spears, axes and such rather then guns x)
So if there is such a group around please contact me, would be awesome to play orginisade game again :)
