HoMM VI Complete. Q's re: DRM

Hi, I've just noticed that the complete edition of this game is on sale at getgamesgo at 66% off and I'm thinking that might be as cheap as I can get it unless an unlikely steam sale pops up.

However, regarding DRM. Will this copy be linked to UPlay? (are all copies of this game linked to UPlay.. even the "steam" edition?) The DRM on their page says "Keycode activation - Non steam" although it doesn't specifically mention UPlay.
