Can't even play
No matter where I am, or what Internet I am using, I've tried mobile, my home, my friends internet connections, No matter what I do I cant even unlock the game please help. I can get into the game then it tried to connect to conflux and it always fails

the same happend to me so i went to the ubisoft support website to try and get help. after around 1 week they granted me the game. so i stongly advise you go to this link. https://support.steampowered.com/view.php?ticketref=3389-WLXB-5861 by the way you will have to make a steam support acount. :).

Why do I need a special "Steam Support" account on steam to get help. I already have a steam account, what is wrong with them using that?
