How do I get my money back?

How do I get my money back for Heroes VI? I don't want to spend 3hrs trying to get this thing to work. Got better things to do. Publisher shouldn't get money for having software that doesn't work.

it's going to be tricky considering there is 2 party involved, your game key is used both on steam and on uplay.

I would keep harassing steam customer support if I wanted a refund on a game, but frankly the price of a game on sale isn't worth the hassle of dealing with bad customer support for me ....

I am affraid you are most likely going to waste the same amount of time with customer support than you would trying to fix the game.

Basically get a hold of ubi customer support, and try their fixes. If they don't work let Ubi support know. At that point you can take copies of the emails between you and ubi-support and forward them to steam support saying that you have tried everything within reason to get the game to work and you would like a refund for your product.

Steam has given others refunds for this title as long as they go through that process first. It just shows that you made every attempt to properly fix the issues your having and that not even the developer can resolve the problem.

Definitely..the more people that go through the process, the better. More than any topic in a forum, companies LISTEN when it starts costing them money.
