Me too (Asus Geforce GTX Titan), I tried the advice sickleek wrote in his post (sickleek post 5). I tested a new game for some hours ago and no "black screen battle bug" yet. Will try later today.

EDIT: Did not work for me, just got the "black screen battle bug".

You can fix it by deleteing the ProfileData file located at C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Might & Magic Heroes VI\<accountname>

I had a look at that file and it contains all sorts of settings, like graphics etc, so you could be on to something. Ill try it later.

Nothing these advices helped me. I already deleted the ProfileData, i also made some changes in the driver, but i still have these black screens. I have a Gainward GTX 680 Phantom.

What changes did you guys made in the driver?

I've probably engaged in about 30 battles and have not had this issue (yet). I have a GTX480. Am I safe?

Well all I did other than delete the ProfileData was add Might and Magic to the list of programs in Manage 3D Settings in the Nvidia control panel but I didn't make any changes from the defaults so if that is what fixed it I would be suprised.

Though I will note that I didn't just delete the ProfileData I deleted the entire folder it was in but since it was the only file in that folder again I would be suprised if that is what fixed it. But I have seen weirder things with computers.

Just tested, did not work for me, got the famous "black screen battle bug" again.

try setting the nvidia drivers to power management mode > Prefer maximum performance for the game, this ♥♥♥♥ is often the cause for issues in many games that are not properly coded to make good use of it.

Have already tested with it on. Does not help for me. Thanks for the advice.

I had the same problem. tried most of the solutions on the ubi forums but this one works pretty well.
http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/712562-Are-you-still-experiencing-the-quot-black-screen-quot-issue?p=9120761&viewfull=1#post9120761
In addition to this i made sure V-sync was OFF.
This has not solved the problem completely - ive had one more black screen on battle since, but the game is playable now. Black screen once every few maps instead of nearly every battle.

That advice " CUDA - GPU'S" is workin for me, have played the game some hours in two days now without the famous "black screen battle bug".

EDIT: Just got the "black screen bug.
