Click on View Installed Updates
Search for KB2803821 in search bar, right click - Uninstall Update
Control Panel -> Uninstall Program -> View Installed Updates
If that doesn't work, install your newest video drivers. If that doesn't work, call a Priest.
Here's the process to keep it from re-installing:
- Go to Windows Update and check for updates.
- Click on the hyperlink that says there are updates available, then you can pick not to install it.
- Uncheck the update that says, "KB2803821" within it. Then, to further help, you can right-click on it and click hide update.
- Done.
unstillaing Updates just because the producer fails isn't right.
