报告翻译问题
1) Start
2) Type in Add Remove
3) Click Add or Remove Programs
4) Click "view installed updates"
5) Type in "kb2803821" in the search
6) Uninstall the item that comes up.
7) Reboot
I followed those instructions and that fixed it. Hope it helps
there are few posts that talk about removing all the C++ package from add/remove programs and let steam reinstall them properly, might help.
or simply clean up your add/remove programs, remove everything you don't use or you don't know about and see if that helps.
if anything, reinstall your computer entirely, if it fix the prb then it was about windows/software, if it stays it could be a hardware issue.
