Stronghold Campaign bug?

I've started playing the Stronghold Campaign on hard, manage to capture all the Haven cities and when i get to the shipyard (the one you use to get a ship and rescue Irina), i can't click on it.Same as the ship next to the shipyard.I can't build a ship and i can't enter the ship next to it.
Has anyone encounter this ?
