WHY?
i cant redeem my code becouse it says it's already used, i just downloaded the game and hasn't used it, please help me

Try entering it entirely in lower case, even though Steam gives you all upper case letters. Helped me to activate.

Welcome to Ubisoft limbo, where your wait for hell is only eternity. Please read the thousand other threads about the mirad of issues with this game, and unfortunately Ubi will get to your problem on thier own time.

Yeah i can play the game but i have other problems. For example when i go to fight enemies, screen goes black but i can see the cursor.....random times. WTF?

I just got it as well don't you type in the code when you login to uplay and then when you goto game its activated on the bottom right where you see 4 faces? on the dropdown menu at the bottom where you see a little arrow.
